2017 Festival planning already underway..

Exciting plans are already underway for the 2017 Festival, including delivering a competition to rival any other Festival in the World.

This year, 70 choirs from 13 nationalities across the world enjoyed a wonderful time of music making, fun and competition. Choirs sang in 50 events at 40 locations across Cornwall.

For the first time, youth choirs came together for fun and exciting activities, workshops, master classes and competition as well as singing in schools with local youngsters and a superbly supported Gala Concert in the Hall for Cornwall.

Twenty two choirs competed in three categories for cash prizes and trophies. Click on Competition Results above for full information.

It is absolutely wonderful to announce that, under new Festival Director Rob Elliott, the next Cornwall International Male Voice Choral Festival will be held 27 April - 1 May 2017. Further details will be available shortly. Please see the Contact page for details of our new Festival Director.

Several of this year's concerts were recorded by Chorum Records from whom CDs of the events can be ordered.
