Under the distinguished patronage of Lady Mary Holborow, DCVO JP and the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall, the company has organised festivals in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011. It has received County Council support, regional funding and sponsorship from many individual patrons and commercial interests in Cornwall. The company aims to organise a Festival every two years. In each Festival approximately 60 male choirs participate from across the world, the UK and, of course, Cornwall. In addition to concerts and other public singing activities, the Festival includes symposia, workshops, master classes and tuition sessions for directors and singers all with the aim of developing greater strength in the international male voice choir movement and in a spirit of musical friendship.
