As a charity, our objects include:
Under the distinguished patronage of the Lord Lieutenant and Vice Lord Lieutenant of Cornwall,
the company has organised four festivals in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2009. It has
received County Council support, regional funding and sponsorship from many
individual patrons and commercial interests in Cornwall.
The company plans to organise a Festival every two years, the next being in
2011. In each Festival approximately 60 choirs participate from across the
world, the UK and, of course, Cornwall. In addition to concerts and other public
singing activities, the company organises symposia, workshops, master classes
and tuition sessions for directors and singers all with the aim of developing
greater strength in the international male voice choir movement and in a spirit
of musical friendship.
